Return Policy

• Tea products are not returnable once delivered.
• Returns are only accepted if: 
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product is damaged during delivery

Refunds

• Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• You may be asked to share product photos.
• After verification, replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
